Here are a few questions we’ve heard since launching this website.
Q. What is your guarantee policy?
A. We guarantee that you’ll be happy with each of the cards that we produce or we’ll make it right. We have a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the cards for any reason, simply send us an email and we’ll send you instructions for a refund or replacement. (Good for 90 days) Please realize that while we have spent a lot of time working on the design to ensure it holds up, it is only paper and if you fold it enough it will eventually come apart. We’ve tested folding the cards over 300 times without a failure, but that does not mean that someone cannot tear them apart.
Q. How did you come up with the crazy design? This is the number one question we hear.
A. A Methodist Pastor named Andy Lambert was playing with paper and came up with the idea and brought it to his friend who owned a printing company. After some refinement in the design Memory Cross was formed to produce this card for the Christian community. Wall Printing private branded the card for hundreds of clients across the United States and Canada.
Q. How did you come up with the idea of using the card to educate children about healthy living and eating?
A. It was a phone call from a partner that got us thinking. Most of us have children and we are well aware of the health issues that are brought on by not eating or getting enough exercise, so we decided to develop a line of Memory Cross cards to educate children and parents about the issues.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are in Jamestown NC, which is a small town located in the Triad area of North Carolina.
5. Do you create custom designs for this card? Absolutely. We have sizes available as small as a business card to as large as an 10 x 10.
